Her process allows people to learn new tools for interpersonal communication and view the mission of your organization without the lens of their own challenges. She begins with a workshop for the group to introduce the idea of how interconnected your workplace can be. Throughout this workshop, the connections between the members of the group are illustrated through experiential demonstrations. Ample time is allowed for individual processing. This is followed up with one-on-one discussions regarding the tools each individual needs to take responsibility for his or her life. Finally the group reconvenes with an opening of hearts to begin to build trust and discussion in the workplace resulting in effective business sustainability and longevity.
How long is this process?
The entire process is tailored specifically to the organization’s needs and can be done in a day or up to a week for very large groups. Generally, the process begins with a day-long workshop followed by a visit with each member on the team and a follow up group meeting six weeks later. How long this takes is dependent upon the size of the organization as well as the intention of the group.

- A presentation for the workplace demonstrating the benefits of interconnectedness in the team environment and facilitation of exercises to foster this within the organization.
- An experiential workshop to illustrate and practice safe team communication.
- Presentation, workshop and follow-up counseling for individuals and an additional group meeting.
