Sarah was born in 1949 in Cambridge, England. She arrived in the USA in 1969 and raised her family in Washington State. In 1988 Sarah experienced an intense "wake up call" that opened up a strong Native American path and training for her. In 1990 she was adopted into her native family where she was handed down permission to conduct traditional ceremonies. In 2001 Sarah stepped out in to her own practice as a healer, teacher and mentor for others. In 2003 Sarah opened her shamanic practice in the Seattle area, conducting workshops and healing work also in Grass Valley, California; Seattle, Washington; Glastonbury England; and Passadena, California. In 2006 Sarah studied with Robert Tennyson Stevens and Jan Adams which integrated Bio Optics and the 22 Questions into her present practice. Her teaching work blends the world of science with ancient spiritual principles and practices.

I am in gratitude to the following for their assistance, teaching, patience, support and magnificent contribution to my remembering myself in wonderful and true and often humorous ways.

Kitty Trevelyan, Harold Blood, Buck Ghost Horse, Wallace Black Elk, Grandma Louise, Robert Tennyson Stevens, Gregg Braden, Char Sundust, Margaretta Waterman, Judy Standing Elk, Bill Kholmeyer, Katy Wolfman, Jan Adams; For my personal family and my adopted sister CekpaV, my gratitude runs eternally deep, for they have experienced alongside me, the grist that ground me into who I am.

"The workshops on the four directions have been a real gift and privilege to have done and experienced. They have confirmed in a three-dimensional way and more, that Spirit works in my life everyday. Through the directional workshops, I have discovered tools and rediscovered tools that are usable in my life walk. I plan to do the workshops again in the future. The directional workshops are done in a manner that offer a safe and trusting environment to do deep work. Thank you, Spirit for the help and health and well being that I have received by doing these directional workshops with Sarah." Eileen Lannan
