General Reading ~ $140 
This gives you an overview of your life based on your present conditions. Very helpful if there are big decisions to be made. During this reading the consequences of different outcomes can be discussed and this can usher in your clarity where there has been confusion, your direction where there has been paralysis, your courage where there has been a reluctance to understand what resonates for you.  Also these readings give you a sense of how the energy waves are looking in your life and forward for the next 6-12 months.  

22 Questions ~ $165  
This is a very accurate modality that takes you to your core story that is still acting out in your life in many "not so" helpful ways. Do you keep on  repeating the same old pattern?  Then this is the work that is coming forward for you to be done.  (There is more information about this modality under the 22Question tab on my web site)

Emotional Focusing ~ $165  ( $400 package of 3 prepaid sessions)  
Here in these sessions we come together to experience where in your body your emotions are located and felt .  Our body is our faithful messenger and never lies. This work is poweful and profound with getting to the core emotions underlying and impacting our physical body. This includes working with all kinds of diagnosed illnesses, chronic or newly arrived in awareness.This work has witnessed from malignancy to benign, a falling away of allergies and chronic pain. There is often much that holds us in chronic, physically felt, places and this body of work ushers understanding, compassion and change in resounding ways.

Energetic Healings ~ $220 (requires booking a double appointment space)
Soul Re-Integration (also known as soul retrieval) ~ $500
(requires a double appointment space and a follow up appointment included in the price.)
Both these sessions are done in a shamanic tradition with rattles and journeying.  This is to bring the client into their full heartedness, to re-balance and contribute to restoring their resonance with their divinity. There are times when we require the intentional help of a doctor and the same is for our soul well being.  

Mentorship is a very effective way of receiving support in your day to day life.  In Mentorship, the emphasis is on your relationship to your Creator and how you can bring more clarity, compassion and kindness in and through yourself, into you, your relationships, and your work.  

In this monthly phone call you will be given personal experiential work, practice dream tracking, learn emotional clearing work, and will also cover questions received by email prior to our session. Some examples of questions are personal interests and events, an area upon which you want to focus like second sight or dreaming. You will be given the opportunity to give feedback around the tasks completed and I work with you to bring more dynamic and creative energy into your life.    

As our world becomes more fraught with tension, demands and a constantly changing landscape, these sessions develop your inner space and peace which translates into a more graceful outer life experience for you. It also helps (for those who have attended workshops), to keep the workshop work connected. It encourages expanding on your experience and feeding it creatively through your life in meaningful ways.  It is a six month commitment and I am available by email and phone, in between sessions.    

My preference is Skype video phone calls, so that we can see each other.  Skype is a huge bonus to these sessions. I tend to use the Skype video connection creatively to review artwork, collages and anything else we are requiring to share visually. If interested please go ahead and email me. Telephone Appointments 
Sarah also does phone call appointments on Tuesday and Thursdays.  Skype calls with mutual video preffered.
